Potlimit-Holdem

I started staking 7 players mainly at Pokerstars last week. The deals are else that I keep 60% or 50% of the winnings so 60:40 or 50:50. If they lose then I lose the same amount.
Example: 200$ -> 250$. I get 225$ they keep 25$
200$ -> 150$. I get 150$ back they get nothing.

Until now I am not so happy about the results: 2 are positive, 2 are even, 2 are somewhat negative and 1 is big in the red. However, the staking deals will last for some time and they did not play so much. Shorttime fluctuations are normal.
